I like to make it when I have a lot of people to feed because it’s easy for me to just cook in large pans, rather than trying to cook one dish for all the people. This dish can be eaten hot or cold and is also excellent with some barbecue sauce drizzled on top. Taking the whole process from start to finish takes about one hour.
